No. This is coaching, not psychological or medical treatment. We're not a replacement for a psychologist, therapist or doctor, and we never claim to be.
No. The focus is always the parent or caregiver. We may share simple ideas for supporting your child, but the child is not the coaching client.
Yes. Parents and caregivers of neurodiverse children are an important area of experience and special focus. We're here for any parent who is struggling — with or without a diagnosis.
Sessions happen online through WhatsApp — voice, video or chat/text where appropriate. You can take part from wherever you are.
A one-to-one coaching session is 60-70 minutes and costs R400. The free 15-minute connection call is free.
